Prices on this site are shown in Euros.Terms of payment: We accept cash or cheques. Payments upon receipt of products. Any disputes regarding delivery and/or invoicing must be brought to our attention within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Specifications and Price Changes: All specifications, prices, terms and conditions of sale are subject to change without notice. All orders will be accepted for delivery with specifications, prices, terms and conditions of sale in effect at time of delivery.
Taxes: All applicable taxes (VAT) in effect at time of delivery will be charged to customer.
Delivery & Installation Charges: All delivery and installation charges to be paid by the customer.
MK Prosopsis Ltd shall not be responsible for delays or defaults in making deliveries where occasioned by causes of any kind or extent beyond its control including, but not limited to, armed conflict or any economic dislocation resulting there from; shortages of labor, raw materials, production facilities or transportation; labor difficulties, civil disorders of any kind; action of any civil or military authorities fires, floods and accidents.
Warranty: MK Prosopsis Ltd warrants each of its products to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from date of purchase by the customer. This warranty shall not apply to MK Prosopsis's Ltd equipment which shall have been repaired or altered by unauthorized service personnel, or which has been subject to misuse or damage or operated in any way other than its intended use. This warranty does not cover damage in transit. MK Prosopsis's Ltd liability shall be limited to consequential or incidental damage or transportation costs. MK Prosopsis Ltd, its employees, officers and member organizations shall not be responsible for any special, consequential or incidental damages, however caused. Claims for warranty repair must be accompanied by a copy of the bill of sale as proof of date of purchase.
Return of Goods: Return of purchased items will not be accepted unless a return authorization number is given by MK Prosopsis Ltd. Any returned material must be shipped prepaid and will be credited on the basis of the invoice value less 25%. Whenever returned material is accepted, it must be in good condition for future resale. In no case, however, will MK Prosopsis Ltd accept return of any goods that have been a customer's hands for more than 30 (thirty) days.
Repair and Service: Products under warranty will be repaired at no charge and shipped prepaid back to the customer. Products out of warranty will be repaired by MK Prosopsis Ltd. Charges for parts, labor and shipping will be invoiced to the customer. If estimated repair costs are expected to be greater than 50% of the original value of the product the customer will be notified before repairs are made. When goods are returned for repair, please include a letter explaining the problem and who to contact if there are any enquiries.
